Shipping, Returns & Warranty
At CUBONIC, we value timely deliveries and product reliability to ensure you have the best shopping experience. Our Shipping Policy and Warranty Terms are designed to provide you with transparent information regarding dispatch, delivery, and warranty coverage. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving your payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
a. In Cities – Tier 1, 2 & 3:
Orders within cities are typically delivered within 4–6 business days from the date of dispatch.
b. Non-City Areas:
For delivery locations outside major cities, please allow 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch for your order to reach you.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this information to monitor the delivery progress.
4. Shipping Partners
CUBONIC partners with trusted courier services to ensure safe and reliable delivery. While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
5. Shipping Charges
Domestic (India) Orders: Free Shipping (On orders above 599/-). Pre-booking amount is non-refundable.
International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight and destination. The applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make 3 attempts maximum to deliver your package. If you are unavailable, the courier may leave a notification, Once the order is not received/rejected after 3 attempts, next shippingand RTo charges will be beared by customer.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. CUBONIC is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
8. International Shipping
Currently, CUBONIC ships within India, USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Dubai and EU. We do not offer shipping outside these regions at this time.
9. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet estimated timelines, factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen events may cause delays. CUBONIC will not be held liable for such delays.
10. Return, Replacement & Warranty Policy
To offer the best prices to our customers, Cubonic follows a non-returnable policy. However, replacements are permitted only in cases of manufacturing defects, subject to the conditions mentioned below. A clear, uncut unpacking video is mandatory to raise any replacement request.
In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, the product must be returned to our facility for inspection. Once the original product is received and passes the quality check, a replacement of the exact same product will be shipped. In such cases, Cubonic will bear the shipping charges for the replacement.
If the customer chooses to replace the product with a different item, they will be required to pay the price difference, if applicable. Additionally, all shipping charges for such exchanges will be borne by the customer.
To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be returned in the same condition as received. It should be unused, unwashed, unassembled, and undamaged, with no scratches or dents, and must include the original packaging with all tags intact.
Customers are required to provide clear photo and video evidence of the defect, and the defect or damage must be clearly visible in the submitted proof.
All CUBONIC products come with a 30-Day Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
