Shipping policy

At CUBONIC, we value timely deliveries and product reliability to ensure you have the best shopping experience. Our Shipping Policy and Warranty Terms are designed to provide you with transparent information regarding dispatch, delivery, and warranty coverage. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving your payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

a. In Cities – Tier 1, 2 & 3:
Orders within cities are typically delivered within 4–6 business days from the date of dispatch.

b. Non-City Areas:
For delivery locations outside major cities, please allow 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch for your order to reach you.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this information to monitor the delivery progress.


4. Shipping Partners

CUBONIC partners with trusted courier services to ensure safe and reliable delivery. While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.


5. Shipping Charges

Domestic (India) Orders: Free Shipping (On orders above 599/-). Pre-booking/Partial Pay amount is non-refundable.

International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight and destination. The applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

Important Note on Express Shipping:
Express Shipping can be availed at extra cost by contacting Cubonic Whatsapp Customer Care before placing order.
Express shipping timelines are 
estimated and not guaranteed. Express shipping charges are non-refundable in case of delivery delays caused by courier or logistics partners, as such delays are beyond our control.


6. Order Tracking, Delivery Attempts & Notifications

  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email once the order is dispatched.
  • In rare cases where a tracking ID is not immediately available, you may contact our support team for shipment updates.
  • Our courier partners generally make up to three delivery attempts for each shipment. Please do not share OTP if you wish to reattempt the package.
  • Orders cannot be canceled due to delivery delays or pending delivery attempts.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept the parcel
  • Restricted access or unreachable contact number

    In case of Customer refusal via OTP, any amount paid will be NON-Refundable.

The following options will apply:

Redelivery:
Redelivery can be arranged after confirmation, subject to additional shipping charges.

Return to Origin (RTO):
If the shipment is returned to us after failed delivery attempts or rejection:

  • Return shipping and handling charges will be chargeable to attempt Redelivery.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address & Pincode is accurate and complete. CUBONIC is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer.


8. International Shipping

Currently, CUBONIC ships within India, USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Dubai and EU. We do not offer shipping outside these regions at this time.


9. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated timelines, factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, strikes or unforeseen events may cause delays. CUBONIC will not be held liable for such delays.
